WHO WE ARE....

EMS Aspects, L.L.C. was formed in 1999 due to an increased demand for medical response training. Co-owners, Kyle Henson and Robert LaPrise, are both practicing Firefighter Paramedics and instructors with 20 years combined experience in emergency medical services. Dedicated to improved cardiac arrest survival rates, EMS Aspects L.L.C. has targeted a community response.

Our corporate physician, Dr. Neal Shadoff, is Board Certified in Cardiology and completed his fellowship at Duke University. He currently serves as a Cardiologist with Presbyterian Heart Group. Dr. Shadoff has been in NM since 1985 and has published numerous papers on Heart Attacks. Dr. Shadoff has a strong desire to see PAD programs implemented throughout New Mexico. His Cardiology background and strong AED advocacy make him a perfect partner for EMS Aspects.

EMS Aspects L.L.C. is dedicated to providing high quality education and training by instructors who actually do what we teach. We will work with your organization to custom tailor a program that meets your specific needs. It will ensure you are fully prepared to deal with SCA and other emergencies that may occur on your grounds. We offer "turn-key" AED implementation and our corporate physician will oversee your program. We promise no hassles or worries on your part.

Let us meet you and your employees, and most importantly, you can meet us. Public use of AEDs is clearly the newest safety measure being implemented since CPR classes.

The American Heart Association is advocating the widespread use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) to increase survival from SCA. New Mexico passed The Cardiac Arrest Response Act in 2000, to directly support and encourage Public AED Programs. This law also covers providers and companies for limited immunity. AEDs are beginning to appear in casinos, shopping malls, golf courses, and in passenger aircraft 35,000 ft. above ground!
